Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data
ICTComputer, 4500 Huy. VAT number: BE 0882.767.504. For any question about your data: mail@ictcomputer.be.
2. What we collect, and why
When you write to us. The contact form and the “Request a price” form record your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide it, your message, the display language of the site and the item concerned. This data is used solely to reply to you and to follow up on the sale. It is not sold, rented, or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your name and email address also appear in the site’s internal log, which exists to keep a record of administration activity.
When you browse the site. Visit figures are measured by our own means, without any external service. What is recorded: the page viewed, the display language, the domain name of the site that brought you here, and a device category (desktop, mobile, tablet) and browser family.
Your IP address is not kept. To count visitors without identifying them, we compute a one-way fingerprint from a random element that is regenerated every day and then destroyed: it is therefore technically impossible to recognise you from one day to the next, or to trace that fingerprint back to a person. Search engine robots are not counted.
3. Cookies
The site sets two cookies, both strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie, deleted when you close your browser; and your language choice, kept for one year.
No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no social media buttons. Fonts and images are served from our own server: no request is sent to any outside service when a page is displayed.
4. How long we keep it
Requests received: for as long as the commercial follow-up requires, then deleted. Visit measurements: 14 months. Administration log: 24 months. Beyond these periods, the data is deleted automatically.
5. Who has access
The data stays on the site’s server, which we administer ourselves and which is located in the European Union. Only the owner has access to it. The emails we send you pass through our email provider, which handles their delivery.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, or object to its processing. Write to mail@ictcomputer.be: we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Changes
Any change to this policy is published on this page, together with the update date shown above.
